About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
2. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
3. Monitor accounts payable and receivable
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
5. Assist with audits, reconciliations, and financial analysis
6. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
7. Support senior management with financial insights and reporting
Requirements
**Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
**3–5 years of relevant experience (tourism industry experience is an advantage)
**Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
**Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
**Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
